Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Requests after this period will not be honored.
Customers must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from our support team before returning any merchandise. Returns without an RA number may be rejected.
Refunds will be issued after the returned items pass inspection and will be processed to the original payment source. Deduction of restocking fees, shipping, and taxes may apply according to our policy.
Refunds for discounted purchases will be for the price paid.
Exchanges for different sizes or colors are possible upon contacting customer support; additional charges may apply.
Returned products should be shipped with the RA number clearly displayed, preferably via trackable service, to the address given by our team.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
